00 671: ABAP/4 processor: SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC

Hi

I'm getting this dump 00 671: ABAP/4 processor: SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC after the remote client copy was succesfull. we couldnt create any purchase order order or production oreder . the upade is getting terminated. can you please let me know if there is any way we could fix this problem.

Hi Shyam,

You can take help of your ABAP & Functional team to check , if the purchase order already exists in the system/database which the program is trying to create.

If it is not a duplicate record, please check the SAP notes with search criteria as the program name and the dump name to check for any bug correction for that program.

If this does not help please paste the complete ABAP dump which will help others to check for the solution.

Can you please post the dump details.ususally this dump results in the exception caused in the abap program where duplicate records was observed.Can you check from which program this dump has resulted? means SAP standard or non SAP report?

It is better you raise customer message with SAP to get clarify what happened to that database entry after client copy.
