how to delete/remove software component from IR

Dear Experts

Thanks for you help and support.

I have created Product, Software Component, Technical Sytem (Sender and Receiver) ..etc.

I have imported the same in IR, now I would want to delete / remove the software component from the IR.

I have deleted the Data types, Message Types etc from the software component and in Change List and then activated the same in the change list.

I could able to see the data types, message types back in the NameSpace

Can anyone tell me how to remove/delete the software component from the IR

One More Help

I have deleted the Product, Software component, Technical systems and Business Systems created in Third Party in the SLD.

when I am importing the other software component I could still see the deleted software components.

May i know how to remove them from

IR = > Transfer from System Landscape Directory = > Import Software Component Versions.

this should help

Pls follow the given procedure to delete the software component from IR.

1) go to IR... Double click on the software componenet version to be deleted

2) On right hand side ...select the node Software component version -

---

delete.

This will delete the SWCV permanently from IR.

Do a complete cache refresh.... in SXI_CACHE

Now your deleted software component will not be visible in IR-----Import software components
