Change sender id during Offline approval of shopping cart

Hello Experts,

I have a requirement where in the sender user id that appears in SOST mail needs to be changed for the mails generated during offline approval of shopping cart.Currently the mail is triggered via a workflow and the sender user id by default is WF-BATCH( the background user id).Now we want it to change it to some customer user id.

I found that the method CL_BBP_DOC_SEND_BCS-SEND_MAIL is the one where mail is actually sent.

Please let me know if there is any option to change this sender id via any user exit or badi.Or any other options by which my requirement can be met.

What is the business reason that you need to change the sender ID? Is it some technical reason?

It mentions BBP_OFFLINE_APP_BADI - method MAIL_CREATE. Perhaps this implementation could change what you need.
