Error while Document creation in DMS

Dears,

Recently we installed and configured DMS server,Content server installed on seprate machine

Now issue is our functional people are facing issue in document creation:

An error occured while creating the original attribute for PDF.

Message No.26296

Diagnosis:

An error occured while creating the original in the knowledge Provider.

System Response:

The original could not be created.

Please suggest.

Thanks for the reply,

That error has been resolved by making entry in table SDOKPROP but now when I am clicking on check in option it shows error:

Select the storage category while checking in, that you configured in OACT.

Mittal, In continuation to Amresh's suggestions you might also want to set up Profiles in order to automate storage category selections etc.
