Hi Friends,

While running CJ44 for overhead calculation of project am getting the message

The objects that you selected do not have any actual costs

Message no. KA460

Diagnosis

There are no actual costs on the objects selected.

System Response

The system therefore does not calculate overhead for these objects.

The message clearly says that, you have not incurred any actual cost on your WBS &/ activity.

CJ44 is for calculating the overhead costs on the actual costs, your project has incurred.

First you post actual cost on your project. Then run CJ44.

Prerequisites:

1. Assign costing sheet to your valuation variant

2. Assign Overhead key to your WBSE manually in your project or else you can maintain it in your project profile.

run CJI3 for the object to check if there are any actuals for the period you are running CJ44
