how we create delivery without sales order.

You can also create delivery from sales order itself
VA01/VA02 >>> Menu Sales document >>> Deliver
VL01N >>> Click on Icon W/O Sales order refrance

Hi Mr. Sap_dhirendra,
Go to T-code VL01n --> Give your shipping point --> Click at the Tab "W/o Order refrence" --> Enter the delivery type "LO" and ales area --> Give your ship to party --> Planned GI date -> Material --> Picking --> PGI.
