Encryption and Decryption

Dear All,

I got a scenario like , Current Process - After performing my transaction one out put file will be generated on the local system and next that it will be processed further my external client.

Now Proposed Process : When we run the transaction it must be store on application server instead of local system, and while storing in application server it has to perform some encryption techniqe on it. After that we have to process it from there to my external client.

So for this scenario, Is there any standard function modules to encrypt the file content on application server. And it must be able to decrypt it again on local system.

Hi,

Have a look at the SSF (Secure Store and Forward) in help.sap.com.

Check also the standard example program SSF01.

You will probably need to buy a SAP SSFcertified encryption library.
