Unable to open PS Text

Hi Experts

I am able to attach the PS texts (Excel and MS word)

But for display, I am able to display the excel.

In case of MS doc, i am experiencing below message:

No document opened

Message no. SOFFICEINTEGRATION022

I have seen the OSS note 850742, but currently we have the SAP logon 710.

Please suggest possble solution.

check with your basis guys there seems to a problem with MS Office Integration

could be technical issues
