Wanted to know if there is any SAP recommendation specific for PI 7.1 regarding multiple java server nodes : should one have multiple java server nodes to increase performance or for PI 7.1 SAP recommends to have single java server node since PI 7.1 is more j2ee based and having multiple java server nodes might imply more garbage collection and decrease performance.
Wanted to have your views and SAP recommendation?
Thank you.
Hi,
start with single java node and do a good integration flow design (to save performance)
and then you ca do PI tuning also on one node
only if this is not enough (and you'd need to have a huge installation) then you can try with multiple nodes
