Close deliveries in R/3 but still in APO

Hello

We have several deliveries in APO that are already closed in R/3 or even archived. I've tryed by all means to delete them from APO but without success.

I've run reports:

- /SAPAPO/SDRQCR21

- /SAPAPO/SDORDER_DEL

- /SAPAPO/CIF_DELTAREPORT3

None of them catch any inconcistency between the two systems.

Do you have any other ideias?

Hi Miguel,

I did get the same error in my environment and I used below report to correct .

/SAPAPO/SDRQCR21 (APO) & SDRQCR21 (in R/3) Correction Report for Delivery and Sales Order

I've run /SAPAPO/SDORDER_DEL in tab Deletion in liveCache and Database

Hi Miguel,

Check out the following options

1) /sapapo/rlcdel

2) om17 report

3) Check whether PGI is done for those deliveries, if it is the

case, it would be difficult to delete.

4) Check is there any error you are getting while running

/sapapo/ccr

5) If the above methods did not work, try dearchiving them and

try deleting it.

Thanks booth for you answers, but none resolved.

About the table /sapapo/atp03, the delivery (B) is there.

And I did run /SAPAPO/SDRQCR21 and SDRQCR21, but the report didn't catch any inconsistency for the material.

Hi Miguel,

Please look into OSS Note 1011497 - Orders with user-defined ATP category are not compared.

Further you can check table /SAPAPO/ATP03 whether R/3 object type maintained or not.

After maintaining the correct R/3 Object,Delta report would capture inconsistent.
