Cannot load a Queue

Hi,

I need to update the solution manager 7.0 for to do the installation of the EHP4.

I want to update the solution manager 7.0 but i´ve the next problem:

There three patches that is showing the red cross, I´ve uploaded the patches a lot of times an always is in the same state, and cannot to do the queue for the patches. This patches are :

KIPYJ7E, KIPYJ7F, KIPYJ7G Of PI_BASIS 2005_1_700.

What can I do?

Hi Ruben,

Check if base version of PI_BASIS 2005_1_700 installed in your system , then it should take subsequent support packages in import queue.
