Layoutoriented-Storage Control

Hi all,

I`m customizing an Inbound process and try to realize it through process and layout oriented storage control.

The process steps are unloading, deconsolidation and transfer to stock.

Unloading and deconsolidation is already working fine.

The next step should be a whse task to move the HUs from deconsolidation work area to I-Point (layout control) and from I-Point to the storage bin.

I configured the layout control like it is described in the documentation.

Ewm creates a HU task after deconsolidation and moves the goods to I-Point. I expect that an other whse task should be created to move the HU into the storage bin. At this point the inbound process stops.

Maybe you can help me to solve this problem.

Did you solve your problem? I need to see how you set-up layout control in order to comment. Just a comment though... when layout control gave me hassles I took a different approach by using an interim bin for the activity area. Maybe worth looking at as well (not sure about your scenario/requirement...
