Trying to build the layout of a abap webdynpro application

Dear Expert,

I am trying to build a abap webdynpro application. I went to se80 and create my application there. However when i wanted to create the layout, on the right hand hand side of the screen, i saw something like a internet page not found error. Something like the page cannot be display. Normally in my previous project, i can just drag and drop the item from the left side and drop it ot the right side.

Anyone know how to fix this error?

Also seach with keyword 'layout' in the forum, you will get lots of threads with same problem
