Inspection Lot Origin 06 (return)

Hi Experts,

What is the logic of system creating 2 inspection lots for Sales return ? If we do not deactivate the mvt type 651 for QM, while creating delivery and also while PGR there will be 2 inspection lot created.

are these lots with same inspection type or one from each 05&06.

Logic can be for mvt type 651 you have activated 06 & in customization against return sales order you have maintained 06/05 inspection type

Hi Sujit,

The lots are with same inspection type of '06'. The mvt type is 651 (for which I have de activated QM). When a return delivery is created, the system triggers a '06' inspection lot. But once the UD is done as accept, and then a PGR is done another Inspection lot with the same '06' type is created but this time with reference to the 651 material doc. (not stock relevant as '06' type)

I wonder why a second inspection lot get generated if I dont deactivate 651 mvt type ?

Check removing the inspection lot origin agaist return order type in customization.
