Monitor shopping cart requires employee number (BP) since SRM 5.0

Hello,

We have upgraded to SRM 5.0 SRM server 550 and support package level SAPKIBKS14. In monitor shopping cart using 'created by' to search shopping carts, users could usually enter their username. After the upgrade however users need to enter their empoyee number. So they first use the search functionality (binoculars) to search for their name afterwihich the field will be filled with their employee number. Does anybody know how to change that ? So users will be able to enter their username again to search for their own shopping carts ?

I found 2 notes:

Note 764135: This note is valid since 24.08.2004.

Note 1148093: This note is valid since 08.04.2008.

And they are allready a part of the SP level.

Have you any hint or should we go hard coding instead?

This behavioiur has been introduced due to the following notes:

1148093: Shopping cart monitor: Search done based on User ID

1154480: Shopping cart monitor: Search returns User ID of

In standard, it is not possible to have the old functionality back.

Try with the note 1368442.

This is not the issue - the seach is OK, but you need to seach for BP number intead of just writen "initials"
