AIX / Oracle 10.2 / ECC 5

If I have two SAP systems running on the same host (say SID = DEV and PPD),

1. I have seen that only one process of SAPOSCOL can be run on such host that will report OS-related data to sap system. My doubt is, which user should I run this with ? (devadm or ppdadm or saproot ?). Can we execute it under saproot ?

2. Can multiple process of SAPOSCOL be run on the same host? Does it make any sense...

3. How is it that SAPOSCOL running with devadm also reports data to PPD system ?

1. SAPOSCOL runs as root

2. No, only one OS collector is required even if you have multiple instances
