Adding New field to the Shipping Catalogue

A new field was added in the Shipping Catalogue for maintaining the Condition record but system is not picking that in the delivery output?!!

Unlike Pricing Catalogue which requires to add the fields in communication structure KOMP, KOMPAZ here in the Shipping Catalogue the structures amended were KOMKBV2 and KOMPBV2 (KOMK/KOMP...B is for Application and V2 is for Shipping)

What I have understood is that while maintaining the condition table in the Access sequence I am getting the Warning message as "The Field Assignment has not yet been made" which in simple words is that system will not be able to find the record for this!!

I am not able to understand where have I missed !!

Hi,

Go to access sequence

Select and click on Accesess >>> Select Table >>> Double click on fields

Here you can select fields from structure or double click on fields.

Hi,

If you aren't populating the fields for conditions in shipping, then check Note 161125 - Info: New fields in the field catalog for freight conditions and related notes, surely you forgot to do the enhancement V54B0001.
