Cannot create TO Auto

Dear All

I would like to know why the system cannot create TO auto when I do stock transfer from IM to WM by using Mvt 311 but system can create TO automatically when I do stock transfer from WM to IM in the same way.

Please let me know how to solve this problem.

Hi

Could you please check if the customizing in the IM posting within WM

is made correctly ? The mail control functionnality (see Note 87194)

might have not been well set. I have also attached Note 566090 and

Note 44160 which explains generally why the TO creation failed.

hi,

check the below settings in omlj transaction .

a)enter the value in automatic TO in back ground processing

b) check the manual TO confirmation not allowed
