Allowed Status for Production Orders

Hi PP Gurus

I am using standard Production Order type PP01. I confirm the Order in CO15 and save. The Production Order is updated with status GMPS and material documents are created. However I am able to go to CO15 and confirm the order again. System gives a warning message and saves the confirmation though no new giids movements are posted. How can I prevent the users from doing CO15 again?.

Hi,

This seems to be standard behaviour of sytem.

However after closing the order, system will not allow any more confirmation. But this will be difficult to manage.

From config, we can alter behaviour of some of message from warning to error & viceversa, However we can not do the same for this message.

You may try activating confirmation exit & change the behaviour of the system for change of status from warning to error
