Component node is inactive in System Monitoring

Hi All,

I have done the setup of monitroing in solman system but in the graphics display the component node is coming as grey. when we go to operations in dswp and select the server, there the status of the monitroing is grey, it should come greem if no monitoring alerts are there.

could you please suggst?

Hello Tripti, Could you check if the RFC coneections RFC_collect and RFC_Analyse working fine ?

both the RFCs are working fine. CCMS connectivity is also there..

Hello Tripti, Not sure where config/settings are missing. Could you please provide more details like transaction you are trying to access. Is it working for other systems in landscape ?

Hi All,

It seems i could not get the proper solution for this. Still looking.

Component node is behaving strange.The status of the component is changing everytime it is getting inactive and sometimes it is green.

there are some nodes which are inactive but they are having values for them shown in dswp.

While i was setting up the system monitoring i was getting this warning for some alerts "this alert is no performance alert. threshold have been deleted" and it is not allowing me to activate that alert.

The nodes status is changing between green and inactive..
