Hi,
my problem is, that when I send a support message out of a satellite system the reported by-field is not filled. The user that posts the message has to log on to the SolMan and the message is created. Just the reported to-field stays blank? Do you have any idea what went wrong?
When creating a ticket via workcenter everythings works fine.
Thank you for your help!!
Kind regards,
Michael
Hi Michael,

Hi Laxman,
thank you for your answer. Well, I generated a BP for this user and I linked them under BUP003 Employee. When using the Work Center I can create tickets and the ticket creator is identified correctly (with the same User).
I think I know what the problem is: The user I create the ticket with in the satellite system doesn't exist in the SolMan.
Hi Michael
Did you get the solution for this problem,as we are also facing the same problem.

Hi,
I'm still working on a solution. My idea right now is to copy the RFC-Back-Connection, change it, so that the RFC-User has to Log-In at the SolMan. The only thing that is not working right now is, that I switch the SystemUser in the satellite system with the RFC User. But I'm working on that.
What is your approach?
Regards,
Michael
