Contract in credit exposure

is it possible to include contract value in the credit exposue?

If you want you can include this, by assigning the checking group to this document type & activate credit check @ contract item category level.

But, why you want to do that? Through contract , you will create release order, which is the actual business, should be included for credit check. But not the cotract.

Can you post your complete requirement?

We would like to have the contract value to have the exposure rather than the sales order, because we want to use the valid from/to date. The sales order doesn't have one.

Btw, I tried what you said, but still the value of the contract did not increase the exposure..

I already assigned credit group and credit check to the document and item category..

Did you check in OVAK settings for assignments?

yes assignment in ovak is there.. credit group 01, and credit check D.. for contract type.. still, the value is not added to the exposure of the customer..
