Hi,

We have a scenario where we are sending data from PI to ECC.

While sending data to ECC, IDOCs are getting stuck in SMQ1 of PI system with SYSFAIL status 'No service for system SAP PI, client xx in Integration Directory' (Message No SR053).

Kindly help us to resolve this issue. Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Sari

when sending idoc to ECC, you are using some RFC Destination ABAP Type from PI to ECC.

You are using it in CC.

Check in SM59, it is working fine.

Also check IDX2 Matadata for your IDoc Message.

Hi Sari,

go to PI transaction SXMB_MONI:

Can you see an entry?

What is the receiver component? If this is not what you expect, change the corresponding receiver determination.

Do you have an entry at IB Directory for that component? (Your error msg says you dont have)

Hi,

Did the business system/service used for idoc contains the Adapter specific identifiers...logical system name and R/3 sysid and client details........

if you are sending idoc then check the values filled in SNDPRN..SNDPOR...of EDI_DC40 values..

Hi Saridesh,

Are you trying to an IDOC that was created in PI?

In other words, are you trying to use your PI system as an application system by importing its business system into ID?
