Hi gurus,

We are unable to open url

http://hotname:8000/sap/option/-gui?sap-client=885 form differnent locations, as i heared some setting should be maintained in webdispatcher , could you please suggest on this .

From your internal network are you using sap webdispatcher access the URL

from where dispatcher is installed we are able to open the link and also with different countries , from some countries we are unable to open and i heared some setting should be maintained in dispatcher.
