Good day Experts.

I'm experiencing the above error when i try to order in the shopping cart. We manage to choose the correct schema. We have activated the BC sets /SAPSRM/C_SC_700_002_SP00 for n-level approval.

Your help will be highly appreciated.

Hi,

/SAPSRM/C_SC_700_002_SP00 is for BADI Adapter sample. Please check the SLG1 log for troubleshooting.

BTW.

If you are upgrade customer from old SRM version, you can use Application-Controlled Workflow.

If you are implementing new SRM 7.0, please test with "/SAPSRM/C_SC_600_001_SP04" Shopping Cart with One-Level Manager Approval.

Regards,

Masa

We managed to solve the problem. The activated badi to find the agents were fixed.

Hi Shennon,

please check your implementations of BADI /SAPSRM/BD_WF_PROCESS_CONFIG

(spro: Process-Controlled Workflow -> Process Level Configuration)

Missing or wrong filter definition for one of the implementation could cause this error u201ENo active process levels have been foundu201C.

For more detail see method /SAPSRM/CL_WF_CONFIGURATION

CREATE_PROCESS_LEVEL_SEQUENCE.

The standard logic is:

List of process levels is taken for the selected schema and following steps are performed:

1) For each level (parameters: Process schema ID, Resolver_name) is looked up implementation of BADI /SAPSRM/BD_WF_PROCESS_CONFIG.

a) If some BADI implementation's filer matches the parameters, this badi implementation is executed.

b) If no implementation exists, the standard method /SAPSRM/CL_WF_LEVEL_PROVIDER_S for processing of a static step is performed.
