PO Item text not included in IDOC

Hi All,

Can someone tell me how to check why is it when we process a standard PO with message type EDI the PO item text is not copied in the created IDOC.

Hi,

You can create the long text from se75.

Generally in IDOC type ORDERS05,. PO header texts are stored in the segments E1EDKT1 whose child segment is E1EDKT2. The text will be found on E1EDKT2 and the text id will be found in E1EDKT1.

Check whether it is maintained : Go to MM->Purchasing ->messages->Text for messages->Define texts for Purchase Order.
