Difference figure MCTA with FBL1n and FBL5n

Dear All,

I have one Inter company sales from the flow:

Purchase order > delivery note > Billing

In the table LIPS there has one item has empty field is STAFO = ' '

Also in table VBRP STAFO = ' '. The value should be 00001. Then it should carry the figure into MCTA report.

I tried with OLI9 for update billing, but the value STAFO is not updating into table VBRP.

After execute OLI9 there has one error like:

Error occured:

*"More faulty documents found than the tolerated 000000000"*

I know this error, if any user connect with sales object then it will terminate. So, I lock everyuser from the system and try it again run OLI9. But also the same error occured.

Information occured:

"Data from billing document 2140000921 was not updated. Messge#M2210

Can anybody has idea about this? If yes please advice me.

Hi,

For invoices I remember that there is a note to populate this field. Check the Note 960053 - Sales statistics: STAFO is missing in billing documents, perhaps it will work for your requirements.

Other question is the differences with FBL5N. Remember that open items are amounts with VAT, while invoices perhaps no (you can achive it if you load your own SIS if you have a field KZWIx (where x= 1 to 5) where you sum VAT amounts.
