Integrating HRMS and RPM system

Hi,

I have a requirement where I need to move the Central Person and the relationship of the central person(CP) to xRPM system via ALE model. When I tried this the issue was like the xRPM system is not recognizing the CP from the HRMS system to post a new CP and BP in the xRPM system. I have already transferred Persons from HRMS to xRPM successfully. But wanted to know if there is really some way do doing this in a standard way without must of coding in the user exits.

HI Vijay,

I had faced the same problem. I assume your are using PFAL in Insert mode for transferring new BP's from PERNR.

The CP relationship get modified if BPs are created in PFAL by insert mode.

Try using PFAL in update mode even for transferring new BPs. The CP relationships should not be affected.

Thanks for the reply but after long discussion with the client we have decided to go with the Personnel number in HRMS itself.

WIl ask more questions during the development of the interface.
