Certificate at GR

Gurus,

I am doing GR for purchase order.The system is giving a warning msg specify whether certificate is received with GR.Unless until i specify yes or no the sytem should not allow me to do a GR.Is it possible to set in the system.

The cerficate does not matter,but i have to enter Yes or NO.

Hi murugan,

You don't have to look for user exit.

Double click on the error message, click on the technical information icon. note the message no and Application area

You can use transaction OMEO.

SPRO --> Materials Management --> Purchasing --> Environment Data --> Define Attributes of System Messages --> System messages.

Find the message no from the list against the Application area here you can change System message category to warning or error message.
