What is the SRM equivalent of an R3 MM Material Group?

Question 2: If you only want to replicate a subset of material groups to SRM product categories, how is this accomplished?
Hi ,
R/3 Material groups we can call in SRM as product categories.
we can maintain the product categories in SRM using transaction COMM_HIERARCHY
in SRM system transaction R3AC1 using filter settings we can replicate the subset of material groups from r/3 to SRM system
