request types and default Roles

Hello Everyone

we are tying to use Default role option in CUP

As far I know and understand that you cannot use more the one request type at any given time ?

what about Role type ?

as I would like to process two different role for two different request types on two different systems respectively

is this possible ?

Hi Gerry,

I am sorry but I am not able to interpret your question. As of CUP 5.3 SP10, you can associate default roles to all or one request types.

Do you want CUP to add different roles depending on request types? I don't think this is possible.

thanks for your input !

I want to assign Role 'A' for request type CHANGE

and I want to assign Role 'B' for request type CREATE via Defult roles

Yes I want CUP to add different roles depending on request types, this wasn't possible in CUP , I just wanted to make sure !

Thanks Gerry. I have had this requirement from numerous customers. I don't see that you can achieve this now either.
