Hi Ramesh,

I recomend you the next steps:

1.- Go to http://serrver:port/dir and click in Administration option. Click in Repository and choose Java Web Start Administration. Click in Restore Archives and Generate New Signature.

2.- On the other hand you can open Exchange Profile and put the Fully Quialified Domain Name in all properties where the host name have been used.

3.- Please, coul you attach the content of XML file in List on Resources option in Java Web Start Administration?

Hi Carlos,

By Fully Qualified Domain name, do you mean IP address?

I am not able to paste the xml, as it exceeds the allowed length .

Regards,

Ramesh

Hi Ramesh,

The Fully Qualified Domain name is the domain name in your company. For instance, sap.com is a domain name. Use the servername.domain_name in all parameters in exchange profile.

About the XML I wil see what is the library where the class must be stored.

Hi Ramesh,

We are facing the same problem, our IR can be started but ER can not be.

Could you tell me where is the Exchange Profile?

What is the 'Fully Quialified Domain Name', IP address?

Thanks a million!

Lorry
