JAVA GUI BW network control

Hi

I am using MAC OSX 10.6.

Installed Java GUI 7.10 and everything works fine but has its own limitations especially Bex. According to note [1397040|https://websmp130.sap-ag.de/sap%28bD1lbiZjPTAwMQ==%29/bc/bsp/spn/sapnotes/index2.htm?numm=1397040] I cant use some of the BI functions apart from Bex such as process chains, InfoSets, transformation, and data flow display. I use Fusion for Bex but not interested in using it very often. Is there a way to solve this issue.

Thanks

I've got the same problem, using a JAVA GUI under Ubuntu.

I can run 7.20 version, but when I try to display a transformation the system dumps. On RSPC transaction I've got an error message.

It would be nice to have a client working outside the MS platform (I'm using a VM at the moment).

Yes Federico

looks like SAP got trapped by MS, why use MS when they can use Java which is more reliable.

Anyway after cruising a bit on service market place figured we cannot use RSPC, Transformations, Infosets with Java GUI unfortunately have to go for VM no other option according to SAP.

Hello!

I have the same problems I'm also using Ubuntu with Java GUI. I can't understand why SAP rely on Windows. I miss normal ABAP editor and network control! Pls tell me when this features will be added???
