while starting livecache, getting the following message

Operating system is AIX

The liveCache state is OFFLINE

DBMServer 7.7.04 Build 037-123-218-794

Starting SID into ADMIN

ERR

-24994,ERR_RTE: Runtime environment error

20090,Check knldiag! Kernel exited with '1' before reaching ADMIN state

ERROR : liveCache SID not started

-> Did you create the SAP message where this issue was reported?

-> Please check/post the KnlMsg to get more information, why the liveCache was not started in admin status. You could display the KnlMsg in /nLC10 transaction on your system, for example.

Looks like this is issue related to Unix based LiveCache 7.7. Please contact your administrator.

Ref: OSS Note 1283278 - Database cannot be started.

Yes your right,

but when i am starting db in livecache same error message i found as per your not permissions are having right
