I wants to change material details in sale order , delivery & billing

becuse user entered wrong deatils but condition is same no range to be mantained in sale order ,delivery& billing

HI

have you completed the sales process once PGI has been done u cant change the material, the only other way is to cancel the sales order you can try material substitution which is like substituting a new material whenever a old material is being entered but thats possible only in the next sales order or u can configure the settings and try the same sales order.

Hi

You cannot cahnge the material in Billing nad delivery. If the Sales order line is not complete, probbably you can change the description it in Sales orderm, but effect will be visible in next transaction not the current one.

Hi,

You can change the Description of the Material in sales order, however in Delivery it allows before the PGI and in Billing before the accountion document is generated.

You have mentioned about the conditions, Kindly specify about what conditions are those?

Once delivery and billing is done, u cannot change the material. The only way is to cancel billing and reverese PGI and delete delivery. Then only u will be able to edit the sales order.

Hi,

If Material A - Description Vicks is created in Material master n if you want the same material with change of description for respective customer,you can change the description like Vicks XL while creating SO in Description of Material line item.

Same can be displayed in invoice as well.
