Hi,

In PRD system what i notiched is that the "short text" is missing for all the transport request.

Scenario:- Run STMS -> Select PRD system -> short text is missing for all the transport request.

I have checked in the QAS system & found that there is no text is missing there.

Could any give some hint to resolve this concern.

Kind Regards,

Jituda

Hi,

Can you confirm, if this problem has arised suddenly or it is not there from initially. Also, how are the transports done in production like through normal STMS process like DEV->QLT->PRD or otherwise manually copying cofiles and data files from QLT to PRD.

Just refresh the PRD system queue and check.

Thanks & Regards,

I seen that problem when having issues to connect to transport directory or maybe some services are not maintained...

Did you do a system copy/ refresh recently?... where is your transport directory sitting?...

stms>overview>imports>intothesid>extraspersonal settingsEnable "Read Missing Texts from Data file".

This will solve your problem

Further info: On most current versions of r/3, read missing texts function is placed behind "Personal settings" button on the top of the import queue.
