Hi Srinivas,

Please check if you are correctly set the service market place URL along with S-user id and password correctly in the settings of download manager.

Also, make sure your proxy settings are correct and see if you are able to open the SMP directly and download.

Hi Srinivas,

If you are using a proxy in your company for accessing internet then you need to give the same proxy there. If you proxy requires a user name and password then you need to mention that also there (Not the S-user id, but the one which you use for accessing internet).

If you are not using any proxy for accessing internet in your company then no need to maintain that.

Hi ,

Check your internet proxy setting :- Tools--> Internet options -


>Connections-->LAN Setting here you find your proxy server ip.

check your download manager setting like user name , password ,address ,proxy host and port.
