While accessing CRM from out EP system I some times get the below message :
400 Session timed out - please log in again

Also this is not excatly a time out and I an not logged out because refreshing the page gets me back into the CRM system without having to reenter my login details.
What exactly is throwing this error and why ?
I have the below parms set
icm/keep_alive_timeout 7200
rdisp/plugin_auto_logout 43200
icm/conn_timeout 500000

Closing thread.
The keep alive is sufficient and the keep alive by itself does not terminate your session but just keep the tcpip connection active.
The plugin can cause the logoff by terminating your session so that should be large.
the problem in this case was the load balancer which was terminating the threads. Once corrected it resolved the problem.
