Error in creating a substitute in UWL-SRM 7.0

Hi Experts,

We are on SRM 7.0, using the portal. When I try to create a substitution it is working fine untill I try to save the settings.

The system respons with an error:

_System does not support substitution methods_

Has anyone experience with this message.

please apply the note 1133821.

We have the similar error and this note solved the problem.
