Official numbering Colombia

Hi,

I need to generate the official documents numbering for Colombia, we use the range B000000 - B999999, someone knows how we can create and use this range?

HI

in the implementation you have to set the country as colombia first this can be done in IMG-Netweaver and then you can go to

IMG-sales and distribution and complete the number ranges whichever you need. make sure you have set the country as colombia so as SAP will give the details specific to colombia and then you can go to VN01 for the number ranges.

Im trying ot set too the official numbering for colombia different to the sap numbering but i cant find it.  I coulndt follow the steps you gave in your comment to do it.  Could you tell me more details pelase to set this official numbering for Colombia?

Hi,

In the Transaction code VN01 you can create the Number ranges for the Sales order and Delivery document

And assign this Number range key in the External document Number range in the Document types

Please check and revert back if you have any questions.

This is not the official number.

Someone knows how can I create a official range using a letter?

In the invoice I need to use a legal number like B1234567
