Condition Configuration for Service Desk Actions ENTER_PCC & COMP_QUEST

Dear Gurus,

did anyone of you assigned special conditions for the service desk actions

- ENTER_PCC (Positive Call Closure)

- COMP_QUEST (Answering the applications specific questions)

?

I'd like to make them available only in status "Sent to SAP". However the condition configuration (TA sppfcadm)

is different to all the others. Those 2 are from rule type "COD" while the others are type WF.

Any hint (or point to the right direction) on how the scheduling conditions for those 2 actions can be configured is highly appreciated.

Good Morning.

Found a solution myself. Sometimes its better to take a look at a problem one day later. You'll have a different view on this.

Anyway I'd like to share:

Simply change the rule type in TA SPPFCADM in the "Action Definition" for each action from COD to WF. This is to be done in

section "Action Determination and Action Merging".
