Problem with auto e-mail notification

We have set up automatic e-mail notification in our ChaRM process to send e-mails in several different events. The first is to the requester if a change request (SDCR) has been rejected. This works fine.

The other two situations are to send e-mails to testers when the corrections (SDMJ and SDHF) are To Be Tested. These do not work, even though the configuration of the action is exactly the same as the one above.

We receive the error message SPPF_MEDIA018 (Function module /1BCDWB/SF00000001 of smart form delivered an error).

Mail settings for the action definition on all three action profiles are:

Form Name: CRM_SLFN_ORDER_SERVICE_01

Processing Class: CL_DOC_PROCESSING_CRM_ORDER

Processing Method: CRM_SRVORDER_EXEC_SMART_FORM

Archive Mode: Mail Only

I do not have any experience with SmartForms, and do not understand why the same form would work fine in one case but throw an error in another.

Check weather the mail communication details are maintained correctly to respective business partner assigned to tester.

It turns out this error is thrown incorrectly. We encounter it whenever there is an issue, even when SCOT is not configured. We are no longer encountering the issue.
