Hi Experts,

I need to trigger a work flow by using which I create (disconnection) service order.
I am new to work-flows so I am not sure exactly how we will be able to create service order using work-flow.

It would be of great help if someone provide some inputs regarding creating service order using work flow.
Please let me know if more information is necessary.

Thanks.

Hi,

Can you explain your business process? When, Who, do what?

Hello Masa,

Below is the business process:

Dunning executed (FPVB) ->> Exit - Custom FM ->> FM triggers workflow ->> now this workflow should create disconnection service order.

Is this the information you are looking for? Please let me know.

Thanks.

Hi,

I need more clarification. Is "create disconnection service order" background process or dialog user action? If it is dialog user action, which transaction/iview/WebDynpro is used?

Regards,

Masa

Hi,

I want my process to run in background, so that once we run dunning for multiple items, user wont worry about manual input.

But if it is not possible then we can go ahead with foreground. Basically service order creation itself is a dialog screen (Please check out TCode: IW31/IW32/IW33).

Thanks.

Hi,

In that case, I won't use workflow. I would call some FM creating Service Order in the exit. Dunning executed (FPVB) ->> Exit .

Masa
