Document viewer issue

Hi Experts,

One of my user is facing following problem:

Once the user clicks on a particular work item, the invoice should get opened in the document viewer. But currently document viewer is not working properly and also sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't work.

The Document Viewer is not working properly for the document which is

scanned for IXOS.

Hi,

I think you are using the viewer in the archivelink environment, aren't you? In this case please see the settings in transaction OAG1 and made sure that the 'Use ECL....' flag ist set and also the settings in transaction OAA3.
