you need to configure RA transactions OKG1 to OKG5 and also check the line ID configuration where you can specify the value category for revenue

Dear Virendra,

RA configuration is complete. Only the revenue part is not appearing in KKA2.

Assalamu Alaikkum Muzammil,

Overall Plan is E. RA Type - E.

Planned Cost in CJ40 for WBS Element is 105.

Planned Revenue in WBS--Sales Order is 120.

But RA shows Planned Cost 105 and Planned Revenue 105 if Overall Plan is M in OKG3.

If I am correct , Planned Cost Should be 105 and Planned Revenue should be 120. Correct me if am wrong.

Thanks

Regards,

Shareeq

Hi,

Are you doing detailed cost planning or overall cost planning?

Try CJ42 for one project and run and check the results.

1.In my system i am using overall cost planning and revenue planning through Sales order billing plan and i am using Overall Plan is M and it is working fine.

2.In other company i am using detailed cost planning by cost element wise and manual revenue planning cost element wise ,here i use Overall Plan is F and i am not facing any issues.

Dear Muzamil,

We are doing Overall Cost Planning in CJ40.

My Understanding is Costs are planned in CJ40 and Revenue is Planned based on Sale Order Value.

May i know the difference between CJ40 and CJR2.
