RCA on non-basis systems

Hi,

I need to implement E2E RCA on non basis systems. I have gone through the documents under service.sap.com/diagnostics and i did not find info on installation on non basis systems.

Please tell me where to find the document for non basis systems.

Dear Rohan,

If by non-basis you mean non-abap, then you should look for documention for non-abap or java stack installation in side the Agent installation guides.

If you mean non-SAP then it must a be a 3rd party partner application that supports this...please refer to SAP Note 1293438 for information about diagnostic support in 3rd party systems.

If you mean't non-abap, then please have a look at SAP Note 1274287 for the prerequisties for ABAP and NON-ABAP systems. Once you know what the prerequisites are, then you follow the installations guides located at

http://service/sap.com/diagnostics.

Usually the managed system installation consists of installing the DIagnostic Agent and the WIley Agent on the satellite system.
