Usage Decision reversal

An entry was done in error using co15, it went into Quality Inspection and was posted to unrestricted. It means UD has been done, please what steps do I take to reverse the UD so that the co15 entry can be reversed?

Please reverse document by which 321 movmnet ( Quality to Unrestricted ) has been done. you can cancell this doc byt code MBST .Then again in QA12 you can correct the posted qty & can post .

Try it revert me back

HI,

After the confirmation , the stock will not be updated in the receiving stor.location . for to do MB1B

so you need to follow the reversal process for the confirmation of the order.

you cannot do the reversal ,since the stock moved to unrest.,

so you need to reverse the UD and reverse the posting of the stock from unrest to Q stock.

reversal the posting by giving the movement in the program after include use SAP Note 175842.

If you want document specific reversal then use SAP Note 175842.

If you want just to reverse the same against the order you can do MB01-->pick the stock from Unrestricted ( & not from QI) & do 102.
