in material master quality management view i activate procurement and i assign certificate type when i do migo the system asked certificate is enclosed yes or no if i put yes the system should be allow for stockposting in qa11 if i put no the system should not allow for stock posting kindly guide what setting is require in this business senario.

In QCC0->QM in logistic>QM in proc>Define key for certi procs->Define Certificate Types>Control w/o certi>you can select with lot error message for lot received.

But this will give error in MIGO & not in stock posting.

You can use user exit in QA11 QEVA0010 UD: Usage decision check which well check in PO whether certificate is received or not.

Actually User Exit which I have mesioned can suffice your requirement ,messsage should appear if in MIGO certifate received is "No"
