comments not getting updated in BDC of /SAPSLL/SPL_BLBPLO

Hello experts

we are facing a strange issue i.e., while calling a BDC of /SAPSLL/SPL_BLBPLO we are selecting the third option

i.e., All checked Partners (w/ P/N) . and passing todays date as SPL checked date . and the thing is while doing that we are not able to pass the audit comments in the BDC

please provide pointers on the same

Hai,

How often do you run the SPL comparisson index, please try to run /SAPSLL/SPL_RESET and regenerate comparison index and then run the SPL_BLBPLO that will help

Thanks for your reply,

the issue we are facing is like in foreground when the BDC is called the data is updating properly,

but in background mode it is not working so

we have checked for the popup message as well, popup message is also not there

but still it is behaving weired

please provide me sutiable suggestion
