issue goodsmovement type 261 very urg

Dear experts

Created MTO (Make to order ) with respect to that MTO Number created production Order but at the time i ssuing goods from stores to production useing mov type 261, system gives an error that does not contain any selectable items, released the the production order , kindly let me know regarding this pls explain,

KIndly use the special stock with movement type 261 coz it is make to order scenario
